1. Price Exclusions: The listed price covers the vehicle unit cost only. It does NOT include international shipping freight, port handling and storage fees, marine or cargo insurance, export customs clearance charges, import duties, VAT/GST, destination-country registration fees, or any special packaging and crating fees. A full landed-cost breakdown will be provided upon request prior to order confirmation.

2. Shipping & Special Packaging Fees: International shipment is arranged via RoRo vessel or container depending on destination port and buyer preference. Any additional protective packaging or crating requested by the buyer will be quoted and charged separately and is not reflected in the listed price.

3. Overseas After-Sales Service: BYD's official warranty and after-sales service network operates within Mainland China only. Overseas after-sales support is strictly limited. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist with warranty-related enquiries and spare parts sourcing on a best-effort basis; however, we cannot guarantee access to authorised BYD service centres, OTA updates, or genuine parts outside of China. Buyers are strongly advised to identify local independent service options before completing a purchase.

4. Warranty: The vehicle carries BYD's standard factory warranty of 6 years or 150,000 km, valid within Mainland China. The first-owner lifetime battery warranty is subject to BYD's official exclusion clauses and is administered through BYD's China service network. Any warranty repair required outside China must be arranged independently and may be at the buyer's own expense.

5. Accuracy of Information: All descriptions, specifications, and performance figures are based on manufacturer-published data at the time of listing. BYD reserves the right to update specifications without notice. Real-world performance will vary by driving conditions, climate, load, and driving style.
