The listed price is a reference EXW price for the stated base configuration unless otherwise confirmed in writing. The listed price does not include shipping fees or extra packaging fees. Wooden cases, wooden pallets, reinforced frames, moisture-resistant packaging, container loading reinforcement, fumigation, customized export packaging, and other special packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
The listed price also excludes customs duties, import taxes, destination-port charges, customs-clearance fees, inspection or certification charges, insurance, storage, demurrage, local transportation, unloading, lifting equipment, site preparation, foundations, electrical work, installation, commissioning, travel, accommodation, visas, and operator training unless expressly included in the final quotation.
Product photographs, videos, descriptions, capacities, dimensions, colours, and specifications are for general reference. The supplied machine may differ slightly due to customization, supplier updates, component availability, production improvements, or manufacturing batches. The final signed quotation, technical specification sheet, and pro forma invoice supersede website information.
Actual output, cycle time, brick strength, surface finish, and production efficiency are not guaranteed at maximum advertised levels. Results depend on the mould, raw materials, mixing formula, curing method, climate, operator skills, maintenance, electrical stability, and site conditions. Easy Trade Africa does not guarantee that locally available raw materials will produce a particular strength or quality without appropriate formulation and testing.
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the machine’s voltage, frequency, phase, plug or connection method, safety systems, certifications, emissions, and technical standards comply with the requirements of the destination country. The buyer is also responsible for obtaining all import permits, operating licences, environmental approvals, construction approvals, and workplace-safety authorizations.
Easy Trade Africa acts as a sourcing and trade-coordination platform and may arrange supply through selected manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to the manufacturer’s written terms, exclusions, and claim procedures. Consumable parts, mould wear, damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable raw materials, voltage instability, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized repairs, accidents, corrosion, and normal wear and tear are generally not covered unless otherwise stated.
Overseas after-sales service is limited. On-site technicians, local repair centres, immediate replacement machines, and in-person maintenance may not be available in the buyer’s country. International support may be limited to remote troubleshooting, manuals, videos, technical guidance, and the shipment of approved replacement parts. Technician travel, visas, airfare, accommodation, local transportation, labour, replacement-part shipping, customs duties, and related expenses are payable by the buyer unless explicitly included in writing.
Industrial machinery and customized equipment may not be returnable after production has started. Order cancellation, modification, refund, replacement, and warranty claims are subject to written approval, the production stage, technical assessment, and the agreed commercial terms. The buyer must inspect the machine promptly upon delivery and report visible damage, missing parts, or specification discrepancies within the period stated in the sales agreement.
International freight charges fluctuate. Easy Trade Africa does not guarantee CIF pricing and may provide EXW or FOB quotations instead. Any estimated freight cost remains subject to confirmation when the shipment is ready. Payment is accepted by T/T bank transfer under the terms stated in the pro forma invoice.
