Overseas after-sales service is limited. Remote guidance may be provided when reasonably available, but Easy Trade Africa cannot guarantee local repairs, on-site technical support, replacement vehicles, roadside assistance, or access to authorised Denza service centres outside China. Warranty validity and service availability depend on the manufacturer, vehicle status, destination country, and local authorised service network. International buyers are responsible for confirming local access to maintenance, diagnostics, charging or refuelling facilities, compatible spare parts, software services, and warranty support before ordering.
The buyer is responsible for verifying that the vehicle complies with all import regulations, emissions requirements, safety standards, charging or fuel standards, registration rules, customs requirements, and road-use laws in the destination country.
