A compact, two-deck gravity destoner for paddy and milled rice that lifts material smoothly, separates bran/impurities, and removes stones using adjustable air flow. The integrated cyclone dust removal keeps the line clean and reduces airborne dust.
 
How it works
Vibration and controlled airflow fluidize the grain across two inclined decks. Heavier particles (stones, glass, mud) migrate to the stone outlet; clean grain flows forward. The double layer increases dwell time and improves separation accuracy in a small footprint.
