- Duration of Tours:

Tours can be arranged for single or multiple days depending on the scope of your visit and business needs. A single billing cycle covers up to one week (excluding Sunday); tours exceeding this duration will incur additional charges.

 

- Service Fee:

Our service fees vary based on the duration and complexity of the tour, including the number of locations and meetings scheduled. We offer both flat-rate and custom pricing options based on your specific requirements.

Please note, the service fee does not include travel expenses, accommodation, or food costs. These additional costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Accommodation and transportation for the accompanying Easy Trade Africa representative in other Chinese cities (excluding accommodation in Shanghai) will be borne by the client.

 

- Payment Terms:

- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due at the conclusion of the tour.

- We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile payment(Alipay, Wechat Pay, Wave, Orange Money, etc...) or Cash.

 

- Cancellation Policy:

This fee is non-refundable once paid. However, if you need to postpone the trip, you must inform us in writing at least 7 days before the original departure date, and the new date can be arranged subject to mutual agreement.
