- Pricing Structure:

- Our service fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.

- We offer FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) pricing models, with flexibility based on client preference.

- Sample costs and shipping fees will be quoted upfront and are to be paid before sample dispatch.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank Transfer (T/T)

- Mobile Payment (Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wave, etc.)

- Online Payment (as specified by Easy Trade Africa)

 

2. Bulk Orders

- For bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

- Payment can be made via bank transfer (T/T) or mobile payment options such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Wave etc...

 

3. Smaller Orders or Samples

- For smaller orders or sample purchases, full payment is required upfront before the order is processed.

- Payment can be made via mobile payment (Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wave) or bank transfer (T/T).

 

4. Large Transactions

- For larger transactions, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) as a payment option in addition to bank transfers (T/T).

 

Please ensure that all payments are made within the valid period stated on the Proforma Invoice (PI) to avoid delays or cancellations of your order.

- Sourcing and production times vary based on the product type and supplier. Typical lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks for bulk orders.

- For urgent orders, expedited services are available but may incur additional fees.

- We handle both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.

- Clients can choose from air, sea, or land freight depending on urgency and budget.

- We ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for customs clearance.

- We provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure that any issues related to product quality or logistics are promptly addressed.

 

- For Product Defects or Discrepancies:

If you encounter any defects or discrepancies in the product compared to the agreed specifications, we will work closely with the supplier to resolve the issue. This could include negotiating repairs, replacements, or compensation, depending on the terms of the agreement with the supplier.

 

- Logistics Issues:

We ensure timely communication with logistics partners to resolve any problems during shipment, such as delays, damage during transit, or incorrect deliveries. We work to rectify these issues promptly.

 

- Warranty Claims (if applicable):

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist in processing warranty claims during the covered period, following the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by the supplier.

 

Situations Where After-Sales Support is Not Applicable:

 

- Damage Due to Misuse or Improper Handling:

After-sales support does not cover issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the products after they have been delivered to the client.

 

- Alterations Made by the Client:

Any modifications or repairs made to the product by the client or third-party companies without prior agreement will void after-sales support.

 

- Wear and Tear:

Natural wear and tear over time, which does not affect the functionality of the product, is not covered by our after-sales service.

 

- Discrepancies After Sample Approval:

If a client approves the samples and the final bulk order matches the approved samples, after-sales support will not cover claims related to product dissatisfaction. We highly recommend thorough inspection of samples before confirming bulk production.

 

- Force Majeure Events:

We do not cover situations that arise due to unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events that are beyond our control.

- Provide Clear Specifications:

Clients are expected to provide detailed product specifications, including quantity, quality standards, and packaging requirements, to ensure accurate sourcing.

- Review Samples:

Clients must review and approve samples before bulk orders are processed. Easy Trade Africa is not responsible for discrepancies in final products if the samples are approved.

- Timely Payments:

Payments must be made on time as per the agreed payment terms. Delays in payment may affect the production and delivery timelines.

All business information shared between Easy Trade Africa and our clients is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

We handle sourcing for quantities ranging from small batch orders to large bulk procurements, ensuring that our services cater to businesses of all sizes. Our service is designed to be flexible and adaptable, supporting orders of:

• Small quantities (starting from 50 units, depending on product category)
• Medium quantities (500 - 1,000 units)
• Large quantities (1,000+ units and beyond)
• Custom orders: Tailored to the specific needs of clients, including customized product specifications and packaging.

Our sourcing service comes with a validity period of three months, starting from the date the service agreement is signed. During this period, clients can request multiple sourcing projects, and we will continue to support their procurement needs throughout the term.

As part of our sourcing service, clients benefit from:

• Supplier verification and quality control
• Price negotiation and cost optimization
• Shipping and logistics management
• Ongoing support and communication for the duration of the contract

• The sourcing service is valid for 3 months from the date of contract initiation.
• After the 3 months period, clients may renew the service for continued support.

Payment Obligation

The client is required to make full payment as per the amount stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI) within the specified payment period. The payment deadline will be clearly indicated on the PI issued to the client.

Failure to Make Payment

In the event that the client fails to make the payment within the valid period stated on the PI, the following conditions will apply:

Service Agreement Termination: The service agreement between the client and Easy Trade Africa will be automatically rendered invalid if payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation of Services: Any procurement, sourcing, or other services associated with the agreement will be canceled, and Easy Trade Africa will be under no obligation to proceed with or fulfill any pending orders or commitments outlined in the agreement.

Grace Period and Penalties

At its sole discretion, Easy Trade Africa may offer a grace period for late payment. If such a grace period is provided:

A late payment penalty fee of 5% may be applied.

The service agreement will remain valid only if full payment, including any penalty fees, is received within the grace period.

Reinstatement of the Agreement

If the service agreement is invalidated due to non-payment, the client may request to reinstate the agreement. This will be subject to:

A new agreement and terms of service being negotiated.

Additional administrative fees for reactivation of the agreement.

Non-Refundable Deposits

In the event of invalidation of the service agreement due to non-payment, any deposits or partial payments made by the client prior to the due date may be non-refundable, depending on the terms of the original service agreement.
